When I started my side hustle 6 years ago as a career coach, I just wanted to help people.

I loved the work, but I was doing it all wrong. I was on calls for 2-3 hours, charging $20 an hour, juggling 12 services, and still wondering why I wasn’t getting ahead.

I cared deeply, but I was exhausted, overextended, and constantly doubting myself.

So I went back to school for my MBA in Entrepreneurship. I interviewed 82 professionals to find my niche and hired a coach to help me build a real business.

It worked. The clients came, the money followed, and for a while, it felt amazing. Until it didn’t.

I burned out. I had so many clients that I shut down my calendar for 3 months because I couldn’t keep up.

That’s when I learned that growth without structure isn’t freedom. It’s a fast track to burnout.

So I rebuilt it. I created systems, structure, and sustainability. I invested over $25k in myself and designed a business that feels good and actually lasts.
