I'm Ibiyemi Balogun

A Career Transition Coach with over 10 years of experience guiding professionals through meaningful career changes. My background includes extensive work in diversity recruitment as a third-party recruiter, as well as running the career centre for MBA students at Canada’s largest business school.

But this isn’t just professional for me, it’s personal. I’ve made four major career pivots of my own, including one that took 18 months to figure out. I understand the emotional and strategic challenges that come with feeling stuck or unfulfilled, and the courage it takes to make a change.

Today, I’m the founder of Foot In The Door Consulting and Foot Out The Door, two platforms committed to helping mid-career professionals and early-stage entrepreneurs build careers and businesses that actually work for them.
